New Report Links Research Firms BIETA and CIII to China’s MSS Cyber Operations
It has been determined that the Ministry of State Security (MSS) is most likely in charge of a Chinese corporation called the Beijing Institute of Electronics Technology and Application (BIETA).
According to Recorded Future, the assessment is based on information that at least four BIETA employees have direct or potential connections to MSS officers and their affiliation with the University of International Relations, which is known to have connections to the MSS. Wu Shizhong, He Dequan, You Xingang, and Zhou Linna are the four people's names.
