Sendit sued by the FTC for illegal collection of children data
The CEO and operating business of Sendit are being sued by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) for deceptive subscription tactics and illegally collecting data from minors.
The FTC filed a lawsuit against Sendit's developer, Iconic Hearts Holdings Inc., and its CEO, Hunter Rice, with the Department of Justice.
