U.S. Agencies Warn of Iranian Hacking Group’s Ongoing Ransomware Attacks

An Iranian hacking gang has come under fire from U.S. cybersecurity and intelligence authorities for breaking into many Iranian companies and working with affiliates to distribute ransomware. Pioneer Kitten, also known as Fox Kitten, Lemon Sandstorm (previously Rubidium), Parisite, and UNC757, is the threat actor associated with the activity.
