Salesforce Disables Klue App Integration After OAuth Token Abuse Exposes Customer Data
In reaction to a security incident that affected the competitive intelligence firm on June 11, 2026, Salesforce has disclosed that it stopped the Klue Battlecards app integration on its platform.
According to an alert released this week by the American cloud-based software company, companies will not be able to connect to Salesforce through the app until further notice.
Salesforce stated, "Our security teams recently discovered unusual activity involving the app that may have resulted in unauthorized access to a subset of customer data via the app's connection to Salesforce," which is why the company took this action.
