Kremlin cyber gang targets NATO meeting place website
Threat group NoName claimed responsibility for bringing down a number of websites in Lithuania, including the LITEXPO exposition centre, the site of the current NATO conference. The NATO multimedia website and many websites for Lithuanian water and district heating utility firms have also been affected by the attacks.
As the NATO summit in Vilnius gets underway, Russia's cybercriminals are working arduously to aid their Kremlin masters. After the initial strikes on Monday, a few more websites were shut down.
