Google Gemini’s Astra (screen sharing) rolls out on Android for some users
Google revealed at MWC 2025 that it was developing "Project Astra," a code name for Gemini Live's screen and video sharing features. Some users have now noticed the functionality in the wild, despite Google's earlier guarantee that it would start rolling out soon.
