U.S. and Dutch Authorities Dismantle 39 Domains Linked to BEC Fraud Network
In an attempt to disrupt a network of online marketplaces that originated in Pakistan, U.S. and Dutch law enforcement authorities have said that they had taken down 39 domains and the servers that were linked to them.
Operation Heart Blocker is the code name for the action, which occurred on January 29, 2025.
Since at least 2020, a group known as Saim Raza, also known as HeartSender, has run the wide range of websites in question, which sold phishing toolkits and fraud-enabling technologies.
