TikTok Forms U.S. Joint Venture to Continue Operations Under 2025 Executive Order

The incredibly popular video-sharing app will be able to continue operating in the United States thanks to a joint venture that TikTok formally declared on Friday.

According to the platform, a new business called TikTok USDS Joint Venture LLC was formed in accordance with the Executive Order that US President Donald Trump signed in September 2025.
