An individual using the handle ExploitWhispers first exposed the Russian-language conversations on the Matrix messaging platform between September 18, 2023, and September 28, 2024, on February 11, 2025. The leaker stated that they made the data public because the group was focusing on Russian banks. The leaker’s identity is still unknown.
