Sensata claims in an 8-K statement to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) that the incident happened on Sunday, April 6, and that data theft was also a part of it.
According to the notification, Sensata’s operations, including shipping, receiving, manufacturing, and other support functions, have been momentarily interrupted by the event.
