13 internet domains that provided DDoS services for hire to other criminal actors have been seized, according to American officials.
The operation is a part of Operation PowerOFF, an ongoing global effort to destroy DDoS-for-hire infrastructures used by criminals.
The change occurs almost five months after a “sweep” that shut down 48 similar services in December 2022 for assisting paying users in launching distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) assaults on important targets.
