Ukraine Bans Telegram Use for Government and Military Personnel

Citing concerns for national security, Ukraine has prohibited government employees, military personnel, and other professionals in defense and key infrastructure from using the Telegram messaging service.

The National Coordination Centre for Cybersecurity (NCCC) published a Facebook post announcing the prohibition.
